Camp House - Accommodation

What can you expect at Nine Mile Burn?

The camp house comprises accommodation for twenty four campers and has recently been upgraded to meet all current regulations.

There is one large dormitory and two small leaders rooms.

There is a large multi purpose hall and a well apportioned kitchen.

Toilet and washing facilities complete the inside, whilst outside there is a small car park, a grassy area and picnic style benches and tables.

The house is centrally heated and there is a plentiful supply of hot water.

Whether you are looking for somewhere to camp or somewhere for a conference or even a retreat then Nine Mile Burn is the place to be.

The sleeping areas

The camp house sleeps twenty four campers in three rooms.

There is a dormitory to sleep twenty and two leaders rooms.

The bunks are pine and each bunk has a mattress with pillow, blankets and a bed spread.

It is suggested that campers bring their own sleeping bag.

There is sufficient hanging and drawer space for each camper.

Central heating and pretty curtains make for a cosy night's sleep.
